Having previously designed the Tree of Life Explorer for Kew Gardens, I was brought back to investigate why the platform wasn’t reaching more users. I developed and led a research plan to understand why people weren’t using it and identify opportunities for improvement, resulting in an 85% increase in users.

Image Grouping Feature for a Brand Protection Platform
This client helps global brands like Microsoft and Nike identify and remove counterfeit products online. Their application had a powerful image grouping feature that was rarely used due to interface issues. Through a holistic review and staff interviews, I identified key problems, designed a solution and validated it with real users.
